Join us in Elkins Park on Sunday, September 14th from 12-3 for PSCSW's Fall gathering! This lighthearted potluck event is a nice opportunity to socialize and reconnect with fellow PSCSW members, meet current board members, learn about volunteer opportunities, AND earn a free CEU!
The first hour will be eating and socializing, then we'll have a one-hour Coffee and Conversation discussion on, "Clinical work post-COVID: In-person vs. Telehealth." The last hour is optional, it's PSCSW Board's September open meeting. We hope you'll stay to meet your current board members and learn a little about what we do, share your ideas and suggestions for PSCSW's upcoming year (and beyond), and hear about PSCSW's current volunteer opportunities and board positions. There are a variety of ways to get more engaged, big and small, so if you have been curious and want to know more, come on down. All are welcome, and we invite your input!
THIS IS FREE!! Earn1 free CEU for those who attend the Coffee and Conversation. The only thing we ask is that you select an item to bring for the potluck when you register.
After participating in this 'Coffee and Conversation Clinical', you will earn 1-CEU based on these objectives:
1) List two advantages and disadvantages of working with clients via telehealth vs in person
2) Identify clinical scenarios where telehealth may not be appropriate and/or optimal
